Terms of Service

By using OfflineContent you agree to these terms.

The service

OfflineContent lets you process your own stream recordings into short videos and publish them to your own connected social accounts (TikTok, YouTube). You are responsible for the content you process and publish, and for holding the rights to it.

Your accounts and content

You must own or be authorised to use the source videos and the connected accounts.
You authorise OfflineContent to act on your behalf on connected platforms only for the actions you initiate (e.g. publishing a video you choose).
You must comply with the terms and community guidelines of each platform you publish to, including TikTok's and YouTube's.

OfflineContent uses YouTube API Services. By using the service's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy; you can revoke OfflineContent's access at any time via the Google security settings page.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to upload or publish content that is illegal, infringing, or violates a platform's policies. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Credits & billing

Credits are the unit you spend. Analysis ("Find shorts") is charged by source length; producing your approved clips is charged per started batch. The current rates are shown on your Account page before you spend.
Subscriptions grant a monthly batch of credits and renew automatically until cancelled. Credit packs are a one-time purchase. Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
Automatic refunds: if a charged run fails for reasons outside your control, the credits are automatically returned to your balance.
You can cancel a subscription any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments and invoices are handled by Stripe.

Refunds & right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. By starting to use credits (digital content/services supplied immediately), you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the service has begun. Consumed credits are non-refundable except where required by law or under the automatic-refund policy above.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" during beta. We are not liable for content you publish, for platform actions on your account, or for service interruptions, to the extent permitted by law.
