This policy explains when you can and cannot get a refund. It is part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.
OfflineContent sells credits — a digital good used to run analysis ("Find shorts") and to produce your approved clips. Credits are supplied to your account immediately on purchase. Subscriptions grant a monthly batch of credits and renew until cancelled; credit packs are a one-time top-up. Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
If you are an EU/EEA consumer you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Because credits are digital content delivered immediately, at checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the service begins. We record this consent with each purchase. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory law.
If a charged run fails for reasons outside your control, the credits for that run are automatically returned to your balance — you do not need to ask. This is the most common case and requires no action from you.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal on your Account page. Access and the current month's credits continue until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give partial-month or pro-rata refunds for an unused portion of a period, except where required by law.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the purchase. We aim to respond within a few business days. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first before opening a card dispute so we can resolve it quickly.
Payments and invoices are handled by Stripe. Your receipt/VAT invoice is emailed by Stripe and is also available from the billing portal.
